This product is as close to a miracle in skincare as we’ll ever have. I am African American - (with regular application) this has quickly cleared my hyperpigmentation from acne scars, the hyperpigmentation with my eczema, has been effective with managing the dyshidrotic eczema on my hands, improved and healed disrupted skin barrier on other parts of my body from persistent eczema/scratching, and a stubborn staph infection I had from dealing with eczema.I was very skeptical from finding out about the lack of medical info concerning colloidal silver, but gave this a try (at my own risk) after hearing of its extreme wound healing abilities.It ended up being so amazing for my body that I tried it as a facial moisturizer to test -the results have been astounding. This has simplified my skin care routine to baby soap to wash, and this cream to moisturize. Absorbs really well, doesn’t clog my pores, has been great for both cold/dry climates & hot/humid. I bought this for a second degree burn. In 20 minutes the area was less red. In less than a day the scalded area has reduced by a third. It’s working great and so fast! I wish I bought this last week or had it on hand. It is somewhat slow to absorb into my skin.

After reading a lot of the reviews and purchasing this cream that is paraben and phthalate free... I did have pretty high expectations considering my medical office owns the formula for a very similar cream with colloidal silver as a primary marketing ingredient. Unfortunately our cream is mineral oil based, which definitely has its pros and cons so I have decided to no longer use it myself.I purchased this cream recently, and was very excited to use it. After the first few days I did come to realize the most dominant ingredient based on consistency, texture, and smell was the emulsifying wax. It feels like wet creamy wax - which is slightly bizarre and off-putting. The worst thing is it smells very much like wax. I wanted to use this on my face but wax will definitely clog up pores.Looks like my search continues.
