Crosley Furniture Seaside Kitchen Island with Solid Granite Top, White

All you need is a medium sized "Phillips head" screwdriver and patience to assemble, it took me a little over three hours (by myself) to complete the job. The directions are clear and concise with good drawings, each wood part is marked with a letter and each piece of hardware is marked with a number. After opening the shipping carton you will find each wood component is wrapped to protect the finish . I recommend using a damp cloth to wipe down each piece as static electricity will have attracted a lot of dust and packing particles. This will add time to the assembly but will be worth the effort in the end. The factory installed "cam locks" work well, although I did have to adjust the position of a couple of them in wood panel for a proper lock down. One surprise for me was to find cabinet doors on both sides of the island, the Amazon product description/pictures do not show this feature. So if you're planning to place this piece up against a wall there will be doors that can't be accessed. I was completely satisfied with the appearance of this island from every angle in my kitchen!

This product has exceeded my expectations. It arrived about 10 days earlier than expected, nice surprise! It was easy to assemble, myself and a helper, total time about 2hours. 9 steps to assemble all parts were organized and easy to find. I had only two questions both in step one concerning the magnets and the pre drilled holes for the magnet. I called the Crosley help line and was assisted by a knowledgeable, pleasant professional named Ms. Lindsey she resolved the issue in 5 seconds amazing! Once assembled I again must rave about how wonderful the kitchen island is: Great storage, wonderful countertop space and did I mention how gorgeous it is as furniture. Thanks Crosley we are very pleased!

Arrived 2 days early in 2 boxes. Packed very well. Took about 2 1/2 hours to put together. Went together easily. No missing parts. All holes aligned. It's heavy so you need to either assemble in place or have some strong people to move it. Granite top has to be lifted up to counter height to put in place and since it's heavy will require 2 people to manage. Overall appearance is great. Has a subtle distressed finish that you can't really see in the picture and not unless you are up close to the piece. I found no damaged pieces but the granite top has a few random dark looking splotches that spoil the overall appearance of the top and are disappointing for me. I purchased this at 40% off which was about what seems reasonable to me as it relates to cost. The full price of this piece seems overpriced considering you have to put the furniture together. The drawer is nice and roomy but isn't on any type of runner. Instead, it just slides inside of the opening for the drawer which seems odd but it appears to work just fine. The drawer is nicely lined and the hardware is decent not cheap looking. Overall, I'm very happy with it for the price I paid for it.

A bit pricey but great quality. The island was fairly easy to build. We like that we can access the drawer and cabinet from either side. Lots of space for items. We can move the island easily as well in case we need to adjust the location or move it out of the way.We were nervous about it arriving damaged but it arrived well protected.

The Crosley Seaside kitchen island arrived safely packaged in a wealth of foam slabs; only one minor flaw, in an inconspicuous spot, was found. Assembly was easy, with clear instructions and clearly marked parts and hardware. My only concern was the heavy weight as the island took shape, since I am getting up there in years. For older purchasers, would advise to arrange a younger and stronger helper as assembly enters its final stages. The assembled product is a beautiful and sturdy island which will make our kitchen easier to navigate.

Added this piece during a remodel. The top came with a tiny hairline crack and one door had no hinge pin. I called Crosley and they sent out replacements that arrived in less than a week! It's a really beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture. Excellent customer service!! Definitely would recommend!

The contractors are here to install the island.Unfortunately I was charged a service fee for them to tell me:1. That this island has been previously assembled (wood glue was used on it).2. The granite is completely split down the middle and unusable.I’d like to add the the box it was packaged in did not look beat up or damaged in any way.They were unable to complete the install today 🥺I really wanted to have this set up before my social distancing walk through housewarming. I like the island and would love to keep it but...1. I need the replacement granite ASAP!2. I strongly feel that I should not be charged full price for a used/damaged item.I need a speedy resolve to this matter.I will update this review after (finally) getting in touch with customer service. 🤞🏾

Although I didn't like the color...I painted it gray and added a larger granite top. And now it looks great in my kitchen as a island table.
