The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my 8 year olds birthday. He loves creepy stuff and cryptozoology. He said this was fun to read and he learned a bunch of new facts too!

This book is great for intermediate readers - the subject matter keeps the reader engaged. My daughter loves it!

My sons aren’t the most enthusiastic readers like I was as a child 😂 This is a book I see them taking off the shelf and reading a lot so it does it’s job 😃

Our 7 year old daughter flew through this book, she loved it! Sometimes she would read it out loud to us on our walks around the neighborhood.

This is actually a cool little book for kids. My grandchildren loved it and read it quite often.

Great source of entertainment and information for young children. Not "scarey" enough to really frighten them. Very well organized and written.

Not appropriate for 2nd grade. Would be nice if abstract indicated age or grade level. I ordered this based on a National Geographic for kids reference.
