I do not take this every day I only take it roughly 90 minutes before working out , I work out 3 days a week and certainly feel it as greater pump , great desire , more reps .I only take it before working out as simply not going to take anything on days off but great stuff and 4th can of it .

I wanna start by saying im a HUGE fan of Animal products and I've have been using them since 2009.That being said, lets get right into it. STAK is not for everyone. As the product suggests, it's a test booster which means it gets you the gains by elevating your testosterone levels. If your test lvl is already high or sufficient, you will see less of a difference.Quick back story, as i mentioned above i started experimenting with Animal products in 2009. Back then i was 21, deployed to Baghdad. Got into bodybuilding during my spare time over there cause there's nothing else to do in the desert. I cycled STAK for a few months then and saw zero difference and now realize at the age of 21, I was probably sweating testosterone in my sleep, and there was no need for STAK. I am now 34 so i figured my test lvl might be on the decline and decided to try it again, still nothing. I would like to think that my test is still sufficient which is why im still not benefiting from STAK but ill have to get my blood work done in the near future just to be sure.So to wrap it up, STAK is for people who NEEDS their test lvl elevated to normal(whether due to age or compounds). if thats you, you will see massive gains from the increased testosterone no doubt. But if you are like 18 and oozing test or if you are already supplementing with things like tonghat ali(which is in STAK btw), ardogia, then you might not necessarily need to stack STAK on top. But hey if you are a fan of the company and wanna support them and try it out anyways, then go for it!
