So all bands were really good quality and used at least three times a week on carpet and witj socks on for squats (with larger bands). I am 100kg and 6 foot so they get their use. After while the green one started to split. Natural product so only to be expected. Reported this and aftercare service sent out new one within very short time frame. No quibbles excellent service. Will definitely buy replacement set when time comes later this year

Bought this primarily to assist my warmups but I also use it to work on my flexibility and other stretches.Mostly I've used this when going to the gym to warm up to avoid injury (which I am quite prone to). It provides enough resistance and elasticity to help my stretch my muscles and tendons so that they feel ready to perform exercises with optimal flexion and without risk of injury.As a bigger individual, I was unsure whether to go with the stronger resistance band, HOWEVER, the red band more than fulfils what I demand from it.I recommend anyone who partakes in sports/training to invest in this band. It may seem like you will hardly use it, but just stretching 2-5 minutes before starting every workout with this band will reduce your risk of injury substantially and make you feel better prepared for a more fulfilling workout.

I have just had a one week intense physiotherapy programme following a broken pelvis last summer in a motorcycle accident. My recovery has thankfully gone well, but I had a week booked at rehab centre, so took advantage of it. Part of my programme of 12 specific exercises requires me to use this type of band for 4 of them. After a recommendation, I looked on Amazon and found these from TheFitLife. I ordered them and they arrived the same day in a matter of hours. Time will tell, but they seem strong and durable and I have used them for three days now and they are "just what the physio ordered" ;-)

Bands all work perfectly, sometimes they arrive slightly stuck together so do not pull hard apart and try and get them to disattach slowly. Customer service great as well, quick response to any queries I had

This is great quality, my teenager has attached it to his door frame and it works brilliantly. A good stretch to it and he loves using it.

Recommended by my physio and was very quick to arrive and bands exactly as expected
