I didn’t know much about laser printers so I thought all toner was basically the same. So when our brother printer ran low I bought the a set of aftermarket ones from Amazon and thought everything was fine. But it wasn’t because the prints were terrible. Not sharp, visible lines, and colors were terrible. After this I decided to only buy OEM Brother toner, but it was so expensive I thought I could try at least one more brand and I’m glad I got this set of LD Brand toner. It’s sooo much better than the other aftermarket one. It’s really close in print quality to the Brother brand. I fully recommend and will buy my replacements from LD Products.

Ordered a 4-cartridge set for a Brother printer. Opened the 1st box, black, and cartridge bag contained loose toner inside the bag and on the cartridge. Contacted LD support and said its defective, don't use. LD could not find the Amazon order to ship a replacement. LD said it was because we used Prime. LD advised we request a replacement from Amazon. Box was shipped from Amazon but packed & sealed by LD. This was our 1st order of LD products and am very disappointed in the poor quality control. Out of ink and the replacement won't arrive for 2 weeks :(

i ordered twice befor for my hl3210cw and did not fit the toners from LD worked with having to reset printer

Two of the 3 color I had to install with the handle of the cartridges backwards. The slot to place your fingers in to pull the cartridge out was facing down instead of up like OEM. I constantly have to reset the toner door because I get an error "no Toner". Other than that they seem to work. Unfortunately I can't say I will order again. I don't need to irritate staff trying to get their jobs ran.

The new toner carteages seemed to be more diff to install than OEM. Print quality is much impt over a different aftermarket brand; seems on par with OEM, will definitely use these again

I've been printing with these toner cartridges for about a month now and I've noticed no difference between them and the OEM cartridges from Brother.

Toner leaked in my printer immediately. Seller offered a refund on only the 1 color. I asked to return the others and seller made me pay for shipping. I sent back at end of October (and paid for return shipping) and am still waiting for a refund almost 2 months later. I followed up 30 days ago and they confirmed receipt, but said they were experiencing delays in their refund process. Terrible operations and bad quality products.
