I use to buy Calm Magnesium, but it became too expensive. I researched & found this, it’s EXCELLENT! Not chalky, dissolved into warm water. No added sweetener or flavors. I’ll continue to buy this.

I keep a supply of this magnesium in my home at all times and use it daily.

I had a hell of a time finding clear magnesium citrate liquid in local stores, they offer it but it’s all out of stock. I also had a hell of a time finding a similar product online, so I bought one, not knowing what the liquid was like and it turned out to be much too thick and chalky to use as a colonoscopy prep, so I ended up buying this powder and it dissolved somewhat, it was a grainy liquid I ended up drinking, but now, post-procedure, it seems it was effective. The bummer is I now have a huge bag of it and only used 2 tbsp. I couldn’t find a smaller quantity for what I needed. I mixed it in coconut water and drank it with a straw, stirring in between drinks.

I am in Evan weightlifter and I add magnesium to my wave protein in water everyday. Start out with about a half of a teaspoon and gradually increase to about two teaspoons. This product keeps me regular and keeps the water weight off.

I've been taking supplemental magnesium citrate powder for years, including Pure's product. It was never a problem before, but this one was different. I noticed that it didn't dissolve well and had a rather gritty texture. Worse, however, was what happened when I poured it from the paper bag into a plastic container in which I had previously kept my magnesium citrate powder. I've never encountered such a finely ground powder of any kind. As I poured it into the plastic container , the minute particles floated up into the air, filling my small kitchen and settling all over the countertops, stove top, toaster oven, etc, etc. It was a brutal clean-up job. I threw it in the trash immediately.

Product does what I need it too, can be difficult to get fully absorbed into the fluid but not an issue. It gets swallowed anyway! Great price compared to branded citrate

After a few day’s of taking it my legs felt much better the pain. Tingling is gone. I take it six pm and it does relax and makes me sleep like a baby. Start with a small dose and increase slowly until your bowel reach the tolerance.,I’m taking 1 tablespoon and is not causing any issues with diarrhea or bloating. Other plus I’ve noticed is my hair is silky and not dry and brittle. Very happy with the results.

It’s an ok product. I like that it’s a clean product with no other chemicals in it, the packaging is environmentally conscious. However it is not tasteless, it has some sort of metallic aftertaste. It doesn’t dissolve well in warm or hot beverages. I hide it in smoothies or something that has a strong flavor.
