If you want to sweat this is the prefect tool for you ! I have two of these and they are awesome ! Started working out recently and when you wear this your literally sweating off everything ! Super comfortable to wear. It fits perfectly ! Doesn’t fall off ! I mean this is an awesome waist trainer to lose weight !

This waist band really works. It is adjustable and stays in place while giving a lot of support. It we’ll cause you to sweat a lot and if it gets smelly just toss it in the washer. I don’t recommend using fabric softener or hot water. Just detergent and hang dry. It’s even available it big guy sizes and is made to last.

Works great! Sweat a lot N mid section! Highly recommend! Of course eating a healthy diet daily and drinking plenty of water!

When i say it immediately made me sweat I’m so serious!! I love the lightweight material and the extra strong Velcro it has! It doesn’t roll up at all! It’s really a nice size so it covers your whole torso!! Ladies it doesn’t give the U.G.L.Y bulges at the top of the back by the braw. It covers every roll seriously. I bought it a size bigger just so i can wrap it a lot and the adjustability i want. Definitely worth every penny if you want to unbig your back and belly!
