Will probably go "renewed" next time I need a laptop
I purchased this MacBook Air about six months ago, and have thoroughly enjoyed using it. Everything works as it is supposed to (except for an annoying popup security thing, but that's probably true with all MacBooks.) The display is easy on the eyes, with what I consider to be a crisp picture for viewing videos/streaming. The keyboard is responsive (and hasn't given out like my last MacBook) as is the touchpad. It's maybe a little heavier than a newer model, but I put an industrial strength case on it anyway. The one I got was in "Excellent" condition, and I couldn't tell it wasn't new, except for the battery life. It seems like I have to charge it fairly often to keep it running compared to other MacBooks I've had. The speed is great though, and if you're new to Apple products, the integration between this and an iPhone (or with old MacBooks) is seamless. So far, I'm glad I got a "renewed" MacBook Air for so little.

This was a great result!
This was a 2020 instead of 2019 which was great. Slight dent and a corner blemish so I got a sticker for the top and it looks great. This meets my needs well. Battery charging is good and life is pretty good. Keyboard works great! I would get another. Great value when you can’t get new!

Keyboard Problems with Original Keyboards on 2015-early 2020 MacBook Airs
"XSSUS is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service." This is their moto, I guess but don't believe it. 1 year ago I bought, through Amazon, a MacBook Air 2019 from them. What I got was a 2018 model, which was no huge deal but wasn't what was advertised. The real problem was that I noticed some of the keyboard keys seemed extra sensitive, which I thought was my poor typing skills or an adjustment in the settings somewhere so I kept the computer thinking I could resolve the issues. As time went on, past the 90 day return date, the keyboard issue seemed to get worse so eventually I took it to an Apple Store where they told me that several years of MacBook Airs had a problem with the keyboard and the only way to resolve the issue was to replace the keyboard at a cost of $400, but recommended that I buy another refurbished one that was an 2020 M1 or later model since those keyboards were redesigned not to have this issue. I should have sent it back immediately and that is on me but sending me a supposedly refurbished MacBook that was a year older and the keyboard not working properly is on them. I have tried contacting them about the issue and possible compensation of some sort but have received no reply.

Came in great condition
I was a bit skeptical but I couldn't be happier. Being a photographer I needed something that could be perfect for editing & emailing gallery’s to my clients & this MacBook Air came so sleek and smooth. it was well worth spending a little extra money to get such a solid computer. The design, portability, performance, display & operating system are well rounded & in my opinion just great !!

Came fully functional, love it!!
When I first turned it on, the language was in Arabic or something, which was kinda random. I was able to just mess around & select things until it let me change it to English. Once I got it all set up, it was really nice. I like that it’s very sleek, both in physical design and regarding the OS. This was one of the main reasons I wanted a Macbook. It starts up really fast and works well for a used Macbook. It has some trouble playing video games and stuff, but it’s obviously not built for that kind of program. The display is really nice too!! The colors are vibrant and the resolution is clear, which is important for me since I have kinda bad eyesight and sometimes forget my glasses. It’s a bit heavy to carry in my backpack, but it’s fine since I have a really nice one from BAGSMART (also available on Amazon, highly recommend!) that holds it without budging. I’m still learning how to use MacOS since I grew up exclusively using Windows, but I’ve found that it’s actually pretty similar, just laid out more efficiently (for my needs, at least). The shipping time didn’t take any longer than any other third-party refurbished tech seller, in fact I would probably say it was faster!! I’ve seen some reviews on refurbished laptops that say they came with the wrong charger, but mine came with the correct one. Obviously I can’t guarantee the same seller will be listing this device when you get it, but I definitely liked my experience with the one that sent mine!!

Love my new laptop!!!
So far so good on my refurbished Mac! This is my first experience with any laptop that is not windows or a Chromebook. There are definitely differences between a windows computer and a Mac but I knew that going in. I am in love with the speed of the Mac which is one of the main reasons I decided to go with Mac over windows this computer purchase. It makes me so happy to have my computer start as soon as I open in instead of dealing with slow spinning wheel of death waiting for everything to load. The transition of my other apple products from my phone to the MacBook to seamless and amazing that it is done automatically. I was impressed with the condition of my refurbished purchase and would recommend ordering this way to everyone. I have not had any performance issues at all considering it's a used MacBook and the battery life/performance is great. So happy with my decision!

It Works Well
It works well but it does freeze every other month if i have a lot of tabs open. I also updated it when i first got it and the screen was glitching while updating but afterwards it started back working perfectly fine and still does. It only came with one little scratch at the bottom but that’s okay.

Buying a new laptop today after 2 years
I had this laptop for almost 2 years. There were moments where the computer would randomly shut off, the battery wouldn’t charge for periods of times, it would be so slow and can barely process anything. And the keyboard could be sometimes hard to click on as well. The quality and color is pretty, probably the only redeemable traits about the laptop. And it’s durable. Other than that, you don’t need to waste your money on this
