Beet root capsules
This is my first time taking beet root. I saw all the reviews for helping with high blood pressure, which I do have. This is my 3rd week taking 1 capsule am and pm. At two weeks have noticed no difference and still high. Due to statewide quarantine of the covid19 virus, I am not able to go back to Dr. for testing to see if any change yet. I will continue to use until such time I can get back to Dr. I will say, headaches, and dizziness have seemed to have subsided, so I think it may be working. Will update on this more as I continue with this products results.
