Great to get correct length without cutting.

It works well but I would buy 1/4 - 20 threaded rod next time and cut it to fit instead of having multiple pieces. Not knocking this item, just not for me.

When I put an Edelbrock intake on my car, the stock screw was just too short, this kit got it replaced quickly and let me put the lid on correctly

Nice kit that worked for the job
Kit consists of multiple different length threaded rods and connectors with nuts for locking everything together. Tried one combination of connectors and rods that turned out too long. Changed to a shorter rod and it fit perfectly. I am a little concerned the nuts might rattle lose and fall down in the carburetor. I think I will get some kind of locking compound to make sure the whole thing stays together as one piece.

Stud Kit
Better than piecing it together from what you have sitting around the garge....

Needed to cut.
All I needed was a 4" stem for my low profile air cleaner to give me a safety clearance from the hood. No combining would give me that without cutting.
