CANTUAvocado Curl Activator Cream 355ml (Packaging may vary)

I have 3 b curls , high porosity and fine, which tends to be on the dry side. Used Aveda b curly for years (despite the silicone) but it is pricey and recently changed formula and price! Have used Cantu in the past but found it a bit heavy but thought I would try this due to reviews. Arrived promptly and in good condition. The cream is really good, smell is pleasant and not too strong. Does not leave stickiness and curls feel soft but with a good hold. I use a gel over the top which works. As with all creams it is trial and error so start small and see how it goes. The price is great and works as well as the Aveda ay a third of the price.

This product for me works a miracle! I've tried many leave in conditioners, many more than double the price but this out performs them all. I'm a guy with short to medium length hair which is permed fairy tightly. I wash and condition my hair with sls, paraben, silicone free products and then squeeze my hair against my head with a normal towel to remove excess water. I distribute a walnut sized amount of the activator cream, I then apply a hazelnut size amount of Joico Styling Gel and then a teaspoon amount of Orofluido Original Elixr (another amazing product). After combing though and then shaking the curl back out I then use a hairdryer on low heat/flow directing it into my hand cupped around my hair whilst my head's upside down and keep moving around my head, with an occasional scrunch until the hair feels just still slightly damp. I'll then leave i my hair for 15 to 20 mins whilst getting dressed/having breakfast. I'll then scrunch another teaspoon of Orofluido into my hair and use the hairdryer again for a few minutes with my head upside down again. Then hairdryer off and allow to cool for a minute. What I achieve is a frizz free abundance of curls, with a medium cast and very slight crunch, thick curls looking healthy, soft and slight shine.

I love the smell of the product. I’m on low cut and it gave me definitive curls. It dries quickly as well and the curls were intact for about 3 days

Gives a firm hold for your curls with just a pea size amount. Great smell and can last a long time. Great for natural hair and extensions 👌

Initially arrived with no label and broken, but the replacement that was sent was very good and it works well

Nice smell just didn’t make my hair that curly keeps hair soft and it doesn’t go crispy I think I may have used to much as it made it a bit heave and greasy

This product has been a saving grace after looking like I stuck my fingers in the socket for the past 4 years. My hair finally looks exactly how I wanted it to: Thick, beachy, surfer girl perfect. I shampoo, condition and in this goes, then air dry. No idea what I’ll do for winter, but an improvement for 6 months of the year. Hallelujah!
