So easy to use!!
When I first started working out with a trainer they used this with the resistance bands. When I started training from home I googled anchor for resistance band and this one came up. Same one my trainer used. Very versatile and easy to use.

Resistance Bands Door Anchor
I bought the door anchor to supplement the one that came with the Bob and Brad resistance bands set that I purchased. It didn't see to be as sturdy but will do the job.
