This review is for the night splint, some of the reviews here are describing a different type of product. Omg. I have plantar fascitis and peroneal tendonitis in my right foot. Translation: it hurts! I've been to the regular dr & the podiatrist, bought all new expensive shoes (Kuru, I do like them), got the little gel pad foot sleeves, went to physical therapy, used ice, stretching, massage, never walk barefoot. Everything but the steroids, I don't do well on steroids. The PT helped, the shoes helped, but still it hurt and sometimes the pain is really bad. I saw this splint and figured what the heck I'll try it, then it sat around for awhile because it looked complicated and confusing. Two days ago I remembered it and put it on for an hour on the couch. Huh. Interesting. So I wore it to sleep. And here we are. Nothing has helped my foot so much so fast as this $20 concoction of velcro and whatever! It's crazy how much better it feels. My foot isn't 100% yet but it feels so much better. Was I aggravating it in my sleep? I don't know. Maybe it just needs that time to rest motionless at a 90 degree angle. I don't understand why neither my primary care doctor, the foot doctor, nor the physical therapist ever mentioned that there was a cheap and effective tool out there for relief. I was afraid it would be wierd and clunky to sleep with but it was fine. I've bought a lot of junk so it is really nice to have bought something that actually works.

SEEMED TO MAKE SENSEE FOR WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO. THE VELCROE ATTACHMENTS ARE VERY SECURE SO FAR. MATBE A LITTLE TOO SECURE AS THEY ARE A LITTLE HARD TO GET OFF. SUPPOSE I'LL HAVE TO GET USED TO IT.

I bought a night splint boot years ago, and I couldn't get the buckles undone fast enough to get to the bathroom in the morning.I have achilles tendon pain, and I bought this because another reviewer said you could walk with it on (you can).It can be difficult to get it set right. If it's too loose you can push your foot forward and basically it does no good. If it's too tight, it hurts.Once you figure it out, it's great. I have less pain in the morning, and it is very easy to take off.I was wrapping it during the day, but the socks work well so I don't have to.The only complaint is that the instructions could be better.

It's nice looking - but that's all. It doesn't support, doesn't stay on, doesn't relieve any pain. The only good thing was the socks that come with it are pretty nice. Don't waste your money or time on it. PS - the instructions have several misspellings...that should've been a clue right away !

This is the 2nd night splint I’ve purchased to help ease the pain from Plantar Fasciitis. The 1st one was bulky and too large for my small bone structure and so didn’t provide the support my foot needed. This splint is perfect. It is lightweight and I hardly notice that I have it on. I have less foot pain in the morning because this splint keeps my foot in the L-shape position recommended for Plantar Fasciitis. I appreciated that the splint came with the aluminum bar already inserted. That assured me that it was inserted properly. And I love the compression socks that were included. Because the toe is cut out, I’m able to wear them with sandals that have a strap between my toes…and they help tremendously with easing pain as I walk.

This brace did well until the stitching that held the Velcro strip from the top to the toe came apart at the toe rendering it useless.

I found it hard to get enough tension to actually do any good and it’s impossible for me to sleep in personally. Does seem to be well made though!

What a fabulous purchase! I knew what I needed but I didn’t know such therapy tool actually existed. Extremely thankful to the thoughtful designers at work. It definitely takes another person to be in the same pain to understand this. The Product Designers and Sellers are doing a good deed to mankind, eliminating suffering and promoting quality of life. Yes, it works comfortably on myself.If your heel is in pain, MUST BUY!

I have been using the night splint for a few weeks but only at night for sleeping. Since then, the pain on the ankle and heels has lessen quite a bit each morning. If not, I will always have to stretch and chill 1st before i can step my feet on the floor & suffer the pain of starting to walk.
