Kuhn RikonAllround Oven-Safe Induction Uncoated Frying Pan, 24 cm, Stainless Steel, Silver

I first encountered Kuhn Rikon cookware in Germany & was impressed with its overall quality & ease of use. So it was nice to spot this large 32 cms diameter frying pan at a discounted price on Amazon UK. PFOA is a health-damaging toxic chemical that really should be 100% universally banned & Kuhn Rikon use a titanium-enriched non-PFOA coating for this very reason. The pan is proving very durable, understandably because the pan's construct is of a high quality stainless steel (not cheap aluminium) & offers a very flat, heavy bottom, almost guaranteeing no hot spots on the cooking surface. Cooking is easy - delicate fillet steaks fried perfectly - & because the pan holds a greater residual heat in the base it would suit all & varied cooking demands placed upon it, including even the higher demands of professional chefs. It's not a cheap pan at all, but it's one I wholeheartedly recommend.However I do note the negative 1* reviews about this pan - rest assured, if there is premature or abnormal deterioration (especially the non-stick coating) I will update this review accordingly.

Bought this pan to replace my non stick pan. It is really well made and sturdy. It gets really hot even on a low heat. It cooks food evenly, just add a little oil to stop food sticking. It's easy to clean, wash right after use to prevent staining. It only has a 2 year guarantee but it looks like it could last a life time

It looks to be just what we wanted a heavy bottomed frying pan to cook at high temperatures without damaging the coating that many pans have

Great quality frying pan

Had bought other make non-stick pans previously at similar money as the Kuhn Rikon frying pan. After a few months of use, the so called non-stick of other make just disappeared; while the Kuhn Rikon's still retained its non-sticky quality, as my husband remarked: 'The cooked food just slided off the fryinbg pan, and one did not need to scrap if off'.We're very pleased with the handle, the weight and feel too. Now also bought the next size frying pan and the saucepans of the same range.

la qualità costruttiva è molto alta, il fondo antiaderente risulta più resistente rispetto a molte padelle in commercio, ma dopo un anno di utilizzo lo stesso ha iniziato a staccarsi e già da tempo a cambiare colore,secondo me non valgono i soldi spesi.

Sartén de calidad. Muy practica y fácil de usar y limpiar. Va perfecta en placa inducción AEG, y no necesita subir tanto la potencia como otras. Yo las caliento un poco antes de usar a fuego medio. Estas sartenes pesan un poco, en las pequeñas no importa ( 20 y 24). Buen antiadherente y sartén que no deforma. Se limpia aún templada y con agus caliente con poco esfuerzo. Más adelante hablaré de duración, llevo pocos usos de momento.

Sartén muy buena, va bien en mi placa inducción AEG que es difícil encontrar sartenes adecuadas. Gran calidad, espero que dure mucho.
