I bought the Ocean free gel and a dispenser as a set, this was recommended by Amazon as frequently bought together, Only slight problem is the dispenser was a very low quality Chinese product that simply wouldn't pump it through. So I bought the Ocean free pump dispenser and hey presto out comes the thick gel, You only need a partial press and you get a good amount to disinfect the hands
