Anyone purchasing this from Amazon, keep in mind that it's not good enough for old people and Amazon is not taking any ownership of return/refund even in return time frame as their 'policies' for this product aren't allowing them, wasted my 2 hours on conversation with customer support and got a resolution to visit nearby store brand to get help. It may be good or best for many people but i didn't find it useful for old people and wanted to return, Amazon today made sure that I feel a 'fool' ordering from them and investing my time and money.

The sound quality is clear, and I really love it; however, the volume is very low, and it also takes a long time to connect to Bluetooth. Many other products provide better volume than this one. While the product design looks good, I cannot recommend purchasing it due to the low volume. You might regret your decision, and unfortunately, you may not be able to return it. Thank you! 🙏🏻
