When replacing trampoline mat , replace springs
Bought a trampoline for my grandchildren over 7 years ago, the mat was starting to come apart so I bought a new mat but did not replace the springs, when mat came in I realized that the springs were also worn out Best Buy I ever made. Trampoline is better than before.

Just what I needed!
While taking down our trampoline the previous Fall before winter, a few springs managed to "climb out of the storage box, take a walk and get lost in the jungle that is our yard." I needed replacements and FAST, as my little gremlins needed to expend their stored Winter energy after succumbing to Spring Fever. I saw these and they were the best bang for my buck. Ordered and they came quickly and with a trampoline tool-no less! Now, my proud strong-independent self constructed the trampoline twice in its 2 years using pure brute strength (and eventually a needle-nose pliers). I knew there had to be a better way, but I wasn't going to buy a special tool for something I could do myself! Well, this tool was literally the difference between 3 hours of labor and probably 15 minutes (I wish I were joking). It worked amazingly. The springs fit perfectly and now I have a bunch of extras in case any others wander off in the winter looking for food, mates, or whatever it is trampoline springs wander for. Or you know...in case they rust. Whatever the case, these worked and I am happy I ordered them.

Our trampoline was missing three springs and this worked out great to fix our problem.

Garbage
I ordered these to replace some stretched out springs from the trampoline. My 2 kids, both weighing 200lbs combined, are the only ones who jump on it. After less than a week, these springs were stretched out like the ones before. The weight limit is 297lbs so I am not sure why these were so terrible.

Not heavy duty.
Thinner gauge wire than what came with my inexpensive trampoline. Hook had good shape but broke after about 50 springs.
