This is a ninny and tiny indoor cam for. Best with homekit for privacy

The 2k resolution is nice. Sometimes connection is lost to homepod, resulting in dropouts.

1. Eufy offers no support in India so you are on your own if the product gets damaged.2. The camera design is stupid, you will face difficulty in removing the memory card once inserted.3. With the price point it doesn’t offer many features like 360 rotation tracking etc.Only reason to purchase could be to connect with apple’s HomeKit however that is also limited without the Homebase.To summarise, waste of money could’ve just given the money to someone in need rather than buying a useless product that’s not even worth the shelf space it occupies in my home

I bought 10 of these Eufy 2K indoor cameras last year and 8 of them lost it’s audio over past few months due to OTA (Over The Air) firmware updates by Eufy (no option to disable this OTA update). I contacted Eufy customer support, they said these needs to be replaced & are just crossed 12 months warranty period, hence total loss for me! .What I observed and learned from various online reviews is that it’s an audio codec issue (not hardware fault - some of these cameras fixes itself after iOS update and again loses audio after few days) , which can probably be fixed by Eufy by OTA, but they are reluctant to do so to push new purchases / offer discounted replacements!
