Very bad Product
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the Hoover vacuum cleaner I purchased through Amazon in November 2023. From the outset, this product has consistently failed to perform to even the most basic standards expected of a vacuum cleaner.Despite being a new machine, it frequently stops working in the middle of use, rendering it practically useless. This recurring issue is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the reputable name of Hoover and the price paid for this appliance.It is clear that purchasing this vacuum was a significant mistake. The inconvenience and disappointment it has caused are beyond frustrating. I expected much better quality and reliability from a Hoover product.I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Whether it be a full refund, a replacement, or a repair, something needs to be done promptly to rectify this situation. Failure to address this will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter further.I await your prompt and satisfactory response.

strong machine and has all the extensions that is required for the job, the power is adjustable to your needs and the machine is light and moves smoothly when tugged around.worth the investment, it is loud when on full power but u wont need to use on that setting often. :)
