As someone with really bad seasonal/environmental allergies, this eye gel cleanser is one of the best products I've found to reduce my symptoms of dry and irritated eyes. I use it morning and night before putting in eye drops and find it lasts more than 6 months even with use this frequent. It feels soothing and refreshing when I cleanse with it and it definitely makes a significant difference. Very glad to have found this product after several years of struggling with discomfort.

I wash my eye lids with this once each day and it helps keep my eyes from watering. A good product recommended to me by my eye doctor. I am on my second container and it certainly helps

This item was just as good as Optase wipes but not as convenient to use. Because of that, I have used sporadically. Therefore, I will reorder wipes even though wipes are more expensive.

I keep this in the shower and use it now on my eyelids instead of the usually recommended baby shampoo. This product has been more effective in alleviating my blepharitis symptoms than baby shampoo alone.

My eyelash line has been itching like crazy for a few months. Sometimes in addition to the itch a bump develops and seems to be early stage of a stye. I really didn't know what the heck was going on but knew something was off. Finally I decided to research on Internet and bingo.... Blepharitis!! I was using baby shampoo to shampoo my lashes but it didn't do much plus it stings the eye!!.. I finally came across this product which was recommended by a ophthalmologist. On the 2day of use I felt relief from the itch already! I like the gel consistency as it stays put on the lash while you scrubbing. There's also a minty feel on the eye presumably from the tea tree oil. It does sting the eye slightly but not as bad as the baby shampoo. I use this 2x a day and a little goes a long way. 1 star off for no safety seal on the box. Thankfully the bottom is a pump with no way to open the pump. Good product. I guess I'll be using this for the rest of life since there's no cure for blepharitis.

Love this stuff! Easy to use & it works!

So different than any other eye wash - Doesn’t dry the eyes that I usually had with others, so its gentle yet now for almost two years - zero eye issues that I used to have or flare ups. I shy’d away initially because of tea tree oil as I thought it would not be as effective and i am not a fan of tea tree oil smell overall but this is an exceptional product that I even brought to my eye doctor to show what really works.
