Nice cream with good pain relief properties

Applies easily, soaks in quickly. Does ease the discomfort somewhat, but does not take away the issue completely. But then nothing will I feel. We just have to get over the initial injury. I apply this gel twice a day, first thing mornings and last thing at night. I know it says apply 3 times daily, but quite honestly I don't feel inclined to undress mid day to administer, as the injury involves, hips to toes, so its difficult to get dressed and undressed. It does seem to help on my shoulder after dislocating it and having it put back. Rather ouchy.... I would recommend people to try this gel.

So good pain relief for at least 6/8 hours

Any of these gels are ok for a short time but your body’s bit gets used to it. Bought for replacing current one, but pricier than Asda, but good delivered to the door, ready for use. Pleased

I guess pain relief will be different from person to person. This does a good job but for me I'm not convinced it's any better than ibuprofin Gel which I can get on prescription from the Doctor...

I literally can’t leave the house without this product. I use it every morning and later in the day. I can’t use ibuprofen internally and therefore this is my fail safe. I am waiting for a knee replacement and this gel lets me get up and go! You will need to reapply during the day but it definitely gets me mobile! Make sure you let the gel dry before you put your trousers on!
