Best Little Phone Ever!
This is a basic Android 10 phone that is fast, with a wonderful, bright, contrasty screen that is just a joy to look at every time. Android 10 OS just works wonderfully and is so much simpler and easier to use than Android 14 which is also on the ugly side. Too bad these are probably discontinued, such a great value, likely the best value in cell phones ever. Not really a con for me but while I loved the perky performance, it did drain the battery pretty fast , so I always take care to whisk apps out of memory and clear notifications as a part of every use... Nicely Done Oukitel!

A Joke
I bought this phone thinking this would be good for my business. I couldn't get it to connect to my existing number, so I went to get someone to help me and they wouldn't even touch it. I then changed carriers and they wouldn't even touch it, they said it was a knockoff and made in China. So now I'm out almost $300.

Not Compatible with Straight Talk
The item description was not accurate regarding which networks this Oukitel C21 works with. The phone works great connected to WiFi. It’s quick and responsive but that’s as far as my review went. Before purchasing this phone, I went through the reviews and questions asked by shoppers. Someone asked if this phone worked for Straight Talk and was answered in the affirmative. I should have checked with ST also, but based on what I read I just went for it. That’s where I messed up.I’m sure this is a great phone, but my review ended when the compatibility issue came up and popped my bubble.

Cheap phone. Other phones from oukitel work really well. This one needs to be reset every morning in order to send and receive txt msgs and calls

Does not work with anything BUT T-Mobile.Not true as stated that it would work with Verizon or Straight talk.Contacted seller but if course NO response.Phone is nice, but will not buy ever again because falsely advertised.

Wasn't as big as expected
I like the phone itself. Pretty fast takes pretty good photos. Camera wasn't what I expected. Also the size of actual phone is not the phone in the photo. Wasn't the size I wanted. But overall I am happy with the phone it does what I need it to do.

Whenever I make a call it sounds like there's water in the phone can't hear out of it waste of money.
