Same thing with the dvr I just purchased. The software is extremely old.

check the actual camera type to what shows as the camera type in the dvr s the settings Just a wild guess from what i remember seeing in the settings I remember mine showing correctly I don't know if it was automatic or just default to ahd type like i have doesn't hurt to look

I never needed support but i've tried to go to the web site and i couldn't find any link to support on that site
