These are not as bright as I was expecting, which is ok. They are like little fairly lights iin decorative globes. We purchased 2 strands & hung them on the inner sides & along ceiling of a gazebo, with the solar panels facing south. They stay on for several hours, although I’m not sure how long, as I’m out before they are.They have been working perfectly for 2 months.I will add that I was a little surprised at how very gold the globes were when I opened the boxes. But that actually helps them illuminate in the dark.

The first string I received was defective and fell apart for some reason - I contacted the customer service for the sellers and they sent me a replacement right away. My lights now work as intended and look great. Although note that they don’t turn on until it’s fully dark out, not just mostly dark which I don’t love but that’s fine. The solar charge seems to last a good amount of time.

They are a little smaller than they looked in pictures. Overall very pleased with the lights, and brightness from solar lasts a long time. I am not sure how long they could last. We live in a sunny area, I use them for my back porch. The lights are still glowing bright till next morning when the sun comes up, then its shuts off.

If you are looking for light that's bright, this one is not for you. The bulbs are small, but they are cute to wrap around your patio or balcony. The light was just enough to not disturb your neighbors. The length of the cord is long enough for me to wrap around the entire rail of my balcony. From the price point, I think it's a good buy.
