I absolutely love these cameras. My daughter has these all around her property and she was the one that told me about them. I have now purchased three and I may possibly purchase one more.For someone who does not know anything about tech, these are really easy to get set up. I am still working on the settings and you can play around with it to find what suits you best but I had no problem getting set up.I have nice clear pictures and it notifies my phone immediately if there is any motion detected. It can be set for people, pets and larger objects like cars.I did purchase separate brackets to be able to mount the cameras as I did not mount them on a house or building.I also purchased extensions to be able to move them further from an electrical outlet.I feel much more secure when I'm at home and also when I'm not, to be able to see what is going on.I am completely happy with mine.

This camera is roughly 30 feet from my router and it will only connect to Wi-Fi maybe 50% of the time so those two antennas are probably just for show because the cameras reception is absolutely horrible but I have zero problems in the exact location connecting to my Wi-Fi with our phones and my other 2 cameras and if a camera can’t receive signal through one wall 30 feet away then it is actually useless and I believe if a company can’t design a Wi-Fi camera that can actually receive a Wi-Fi signal than they need to find a different profession because I believe that is probably the upmost important thing of a security cameras functions and like I said if you can’t see then why have it and if you can only use it in the same room as your router then it is a useless piece of plastic that you paid money for so they need to go back to the drawing board and find a engineer that knows how to design a proper Wi-Fi camera that can receive a signal through a wall 30 feet away so how in the heck can I put a outside camera outside my house if it can’t receive a signal trough a wall I mean I have tried to put it outside my garage but it will not receive a signal at all so i put it in my garage where it connects 50% of the time and the alerts to my phone come maybe 25% of the time and usually 10 minutes or 30 minutes later or not at all so security is not in the wheel house for this camera and I’ve tried it all over my house and it has to be in the same room to work as described so this camera model I do not recommend and like I said everything else has goid Wi-Fi signal in these locations I have tried so it’s not my Wi-Fi or my router it’s this camera period

These cameras have a major defect. They come with a QR code on the camera with a sticker The QR code is also in the manual. The camera is outdoors and the sticker eventually came off. If you have a dome style camera then these stickers stay protected inside. But the bullet style do not. You will loose access to these cameras if they ever have to be added again to a new phone or re-added to your existing app without the QR CODE. I took a picture and saved the QR code file into my phone's folders....but of course I change phones and sometimes these things dont get backed up. So even with the camera seriel number in front of me and previous access on my app, I couldn't reconnect the camera to a new cell phone without the QR code. Customer support said there is no way to re-add a camera without this QR code. I told them I even changed the verification code and I had that written down and saved it on a piece of paper thankfully, but they said that doesn't help. You literally need the QR code. I asked so then what? I lost the sticker because the outdoor camera gets wet and it came off and the manual was thrown away. So now I have no QR code and a camera that works perfectly fine but I cannot connect it to my app to view it....completely useless. Utterly useless.
