I use the product to put into plain Greek yogurt or smoothie and add Stevia for a sweetener.Healthier than what I can find in the store. It replaced cocoa powder. My husband has no asthma issues with it but he does when he eats chocolate.

It makes a good hot drink that is lightly sweet without adding sweetener. One cup of milk and a couple tablespoons of Karob. I mix it in my hot chocolate maker and it blends nicely.

I took a chance on this 5lb bag of carob powder as I have usually only bought mine from Terra Soul (no dis to them but I was completely out and needed more than just 2lbs). Plus, there were no reviews for it! This stuff is great and I'm so glad I bought it when I did!The bag is sturdy and I believe recyclable so that's a plus. The powder itself is delicious when mixed with almond milk and worked especially good for me in some gluten free brownies!Buy this when you can as it will never be a waste! Thanks Jovvily!
