Soft - these have worked great. We use them for our doggos crate beds. I have washed them once and they wash up good. Just note you can't dry them with heat and you will want to flip them inside out so that you can dry the waterproof part.

I purchased these for my sons allergies thinking it would help. It has not helped much with that, but the quality is there and they do seem to be water resistant.

Good quality pillow cover with zipper. Looks good, and feels good. Fits king size pillows perfectly.

These pillow covers work well. The zippers are sturdy. There is no rustling noise due to the waterproofing. It did not change the feel of the pillow. These covers help keep the pillow clean. It also makes it easy to wash the cover, without removing the pillow stuffing. I wish I had purchased them sooner. I plan to buy these anytime I buy a new pillow. It will extend the life of the pillow. I am unsing these on neck pillows, which are kidney shaped. Initially I thought of making my own, however the cost and quality of these covers are so good It would have cost more to make them myself. I thought I would need to alter the cases to match the shape of the pillow, but that is not the case. They work fine with the odd shaped pillow, with no changes. I do recommend this product.

1. The standard size is too big for my standard pillows.2. They are very hot!3. They make the pillows feels too firm.I waited too long to use them, thinking they would be okay, and now I can't return them.
