Based on other reviews I imagined I was going to struggle a little installing the software, but I didn’t. I’m not very tech savvy myself; however, I used the flash drive that comes with and connected it to my laptop and it was very self explanatory. The custom default size is the 4x6 so I didn’t have to change anything. It printed perfect since the first time. It would be great if it had Bluetooth though. I have used the round labels too and the 2x1 rectangle labels.
