These work for me. I have been dealing with a heavy flow the past couple of years and tried the herbal teas with raspberry leaf and taking vitamin c but my flow remained heavy. I decided to try the period lite. It is 2 small pills that I take twice a day while on my period. 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. They taste citrusy and are easy to get down. My flow has reduced drastically! Day one for me is typically ultra every 2 hours and sometimes bleeding out with those. They are sooo uncomfortable! Now I’m down to super being enough and every 4 hours on day one. Day 2 used to be super plus and/or ultra every 3 hours and now I’m using regular every 4 hours. Day 3 used to be super and now it’s lites because period is barely there. Day 4 it’s gone! I used to go a full 6-7 days dealing with jumbo pads and tampons and now I’m way more comfortable. I hope they work for you all too because it’s been a game changer for me!

No idea if these work, yet, as I just started my period but these pills are HUGE. Never have I had an issue taking supps/med—I gagged on these and they left my throat feeling achy and scratchy. Will be crushing for next "dose." (NOTE: no idea if it's okay to take these, crushed. Will contact the manufacturer to ask.)Will let you all know if they work to lighten my horrid period or not, after it's over.MAKERS: you have got to make these pills smaller, who cares if it'd be more pills per dose. 😳 We're already irritated and uncomfortable during our cycles...make the pills comfortable to take.UPDATE: went to contact someone at the website listed on the bottle and the site doesn't exist...neither does the alleged company "Euphoric Essentials" that produces this product. I am a repeat customer with 2nd bottle. I was satisfied with the product until I ordered the 2nd bottle which had different dosage instructions.The new tablet is round and small and dosage says serving suggestion 4 tablets daily.As per supplement facts, the serving of 4 tablets has 1000 mg of vitamin C. The old bottle suggested 2000 mg of vitamin C daily. Why different dosage in same brand of bottles??Now my concern is if these new batch of small tablet is 250mg or 500mg?I have messaged the seller with my concern without any response.Has anyone received the new batch of bottle that has small round tablets and the bottle has 120 tablets in total. Any info is greatly appreciated!I have included pictures for reference.Just a correction. The seller did reply me confirming that each round tablet is 250mg. I think the new version of small round tablets are better improvisation as they are easy to swallow and I am able to adjust the dosage as per my needs.The tablet really helped me come out of contraceptive pills that I was on for years for heavy bleeding . Great full!

EDIT: 11/22/24. unfortunately, these pills didn't work. I ended up just going in for a surgical to stop my period. I understand these pills don't stop your flow, but I was hoping to lesson the bleeding. Didn't work for me.Finally a much smaller pill!! The pill on the left was the original one and it doesn't look big on camera, but it was huge and so hard to swallow. I was about to give up on these because I had to crush them, so I felt like I was not getting the full effect of them. I gave it another chance and to my surprise the pills are now smaller. Not sure why they were so big in the first place. I'm hoping to come back with a review on the effectiveness

Recomiendo altamente este producto. No le tenía mucha fe la verdad pero me sorprendió. Mi flujo era super abundante. Debía cambiarme demasiadas veces al día. No lo tome durante el mes entero. Solo los días que tengo el periodo. No se si tomándolo durante el mes entero es mejor el efecto. Pude estar tranquila sin sufrir accidentes. Pediré más creo que no podré vivir sin estas pastillas

My perimenopausal wife suffers from heavy flow and large clotting, which causes frequent changes and midnight surprises that ultras and pads cannot handle. She started taking one pill morning and night couple days before she was to begin and noticed a relief in cramping, but that was short lived. Upon onset , she upped to two pills morning and night and had light flow for three days, which is not normal. Thee night of day three her clotting returned and so did all the misery related with it. After six days it finally ended and she stopped taking the supplement. A day later it returned with the same vigor as in the past. For her, dealing with four days of misery is better than a the unpredictability of on again/off again and still having to deal with clotting and bedtime surprises. For the price of this product she can't see taking this on a daily basis. The directions are very vague, and we cannot determine if it is to be taken daily or just during. She may try it again with the remaining pills and update if we have a differing result. We are also going to try another product and hope it has better results. We will most likely review those results as well.
