Great product for decorations
I make custom cakes part time and I received a request for red and gold themed cake. This is the first time I had to use gold, so I browsed a long time looking for something that can used to make gold and stumbled upon this product.This gold dust has a nice golden yellow color. It is very easily spread using a brush. In this case I used sterile make-up brushes which works amazing. One thing to note is that if it is spilled or blow in the air, everything becomes gold. But it can be cleaned easily. Overall the product is really great. I had initially thought it was pricey for just 10 grams, but it spreads so well It really does not require a lot.It worked well with coloring chocolate decorations and worked well on fondant too.
