Simple and effective
It’s a door anchor — not much to describe here other than it works great and has held up to lots of pulling with my workouts.

It held up fine for that level
This has held up well to a first use. I am a former powerlifter and I image I will put more stress on this than the typical user. For my first workout, I used it to anchor an Iron Woody blue band, which is rated to 25 to 80 lbs of resistance, based on the degree of stretch. It held up fine for that level. I will come back and update my review when I use it with heavier bands. I am hesitant to jump right to a heavier band for fear of a catastrophic accident. Rather, I will ease my way there over time as I gain confidence the anchor will hold.

Stitching broke after 3 years
Held up well for three years, but this morning the stitching holding the anchor part broke, and the band hit me in the face as a result.

If you’re on the fence, just get them!
I use these for mobility work, primarily, but if/when I ever travel for work again, I’ll pack these for resistance training. Buy a door anchor too. These bands come in a nice range of resistances and they pack nicely into a little carrying bag. The manufacturers provide the bag and also little color coded rubber bands to keep the resistance bands tidy and packable. In a pinch, all you need for a decent workout on the road would be these and a jump rope.

Great product that does exactly what is is supposed to do.
I ordered this door anchor because I have a bad shoulder and am looking to do some band work. The construction seems to be very well made. I can slip this between any door frame in my house. I am not sure what they are asking when they ask about stretch. I guess the lack of stretch? The strap is woven and is very sturdy. Used properly I have no doubt that this product will function as advertised for many years!

so far so food
I saw some reviews that said they weren't sturdy enough and was a little concerned. But, perhaps because I'm not super heavy and I don't put a lot of weight on them, they are doing fine so far. I cut the fabric part off and looped my own 15 foot straps through them to make my own suspension trainer. Been OK so far but like I said, I'm weak so I can't use much bodyweight resistance yet anyway.

Got smacked in the face - don't use if clearance is 1" or greater (but better 3/4" to be safe)
I moved to a new place and didn't realize that my new "workout" door has a slightly larger clearance at the bottom (almost exactly 1"). The plastic drum's diameter is about 1" but I guess it can be compressed slightly. While I was doing curls the anchor slipped under the clearance and smacked me in the face. Thankfully I'm not stronger, otherwise would have been a knockout. I'm capable of curling 50 lbs for reps so it was merely a knockdown (also skinned elbow). However, it's not entirely my fault because the rubber was partially torn and I haven't used the product that much (maybe 50 times over a year). So my other advice is to inspect the anchor before every use.
