This product was great when I purchased at my doctor's office. Bought it on here and the pump did not work, similar complaint to many others. Makes me wonder if it is the real product being shipped. Never had this problem when purchased at doctor's office.

I like the product, don't like the way it dispenses, the pump for the eye cream does not work at times. I called the company and was informed that they had received similar complaints.

In the several years I've used Neocutis (Micro Eyes Riche or any other product), I have NEVER had this problem! This is a high end price product and I would like a replacement or refund my money. Please contact me as to how I will be compensated. Martha Richard Baton Rouge, LA

Love this cream!

I had eye surgery and was unable to use the cream until 4/21/20. I opened the package and the pump doesn't work. I'm stuck with the product as I can't return or exchange it. Exceptions should be made if the product is defective!

I need to contact the seller because the mechanism is broken and I cannot access the product. I would like a replacement as I’ve ordered from here numerous times. I just ordered another which works just fine.
