Easy to fit does job perfectly
I only rent so used the sticky pads instead of screws. Works a treat even with the pads, sturdy & great so my cats can get in & out. Upstairs and in the kitchen.You do need 2 hands to unlock by pinching top & bottom buttons & pull arm across.Would definitely work for climbing toddlers as has 2 diff opening settings.

Easy to fit and would appear to do the job - time will tell
Bought to stop the window opening in high winds and to prevent the cat launching herself out of the upstairs window,. Easy to fit - used both the sticky pad and screws. Would be useful to have a more restricted opening position than the existing 2 for use in winter just to let a small amount of fresh air in. Will wait and see if the plastic studs on the arm withstand strong winds but ordered 2 more fittings anyway as they appear to work a treat so will fit to other windows,

Just Perfect
Ideal item for silt fitted, seems strong enough to secure served a great fit to a patio door, to let my cat come and go! With the wind not having to slam shut on her, gives a bit of piece of mind with a bit of added security in place (not to be relied on, but will give time to react) provided you are in eyeful range when in use.
