Strong but flexible, long lasting insoles
They work very well and last a lot longer than other types of insoles. I've destroyed the memory foam type within a week, these regularly last me months. To me, when it is time to change is when I can feel that heel spot (the yellow spot in the pictures) in my heel, I let that go too far before and it felt bruised, so when you can feel that spot, I swap out for new ones.

Buy this if your feet hurt!!
The best purchase I’ve made these year!!!! super comfortable!! My feet were hurting so I bought these to try and my feet don’t hurt!! I recommend if ur standing on your feet all day like me as a diesel mechanic!!!!

Makes my shoes squeak. Work great just noisy.
Feel good but they make my shoe squeak. Kinda drives my nuts.. These are going in my motorcycle street riding shoes so they can only squeak when I walk. Lol

Loud squeaky comfortable
The media could not be loaded. These insert souls are very comfortable.But the noise they make when you walk is just too overbearing for the comfort factor.I trim these to fit into my Timberland boots their size 11, and I had to trim them down to size 10They fit in their fine. I thought that that maybe the souls were just making noises because they were brand new. It’s been about two weeks now and it’s still making the same squeaking noise and everybody can hear me coming down from the hallways. I feel I’m more of a laughing stock in the building.My feet feel great but not worth the embarrassment. I will be returning these if noise is not a factor for you and comfort is all you need. These are cheap and great.

Perfect size
Love these for plantar fasciitis. Ordered several different types to try but these seem to be the most comfortable. Fit perfectly inside my shoes.

Comfort
I'm only 150 lbs but I still get these for every pair of shoes I get, they turn an uncomfortable shoe into awesome immediately. Havent had any abnormal wear issues, the shoes usually wear out before the insole for me. Great product. I buy these every time I get new shoes.
