Once you have removed vacuum seal and added water, amazing amount of moss.Seems very good quality-no mud or other things in it. Very green and vibrant mossWill be great for my monstera.

I bought the 5oz/4 quarts block, hoping to fill a large moss pole (self watering pole by Bdengr). I would usually use Duspro's own moss poles but I have a particularly unruly Monstera that needs a thicker pole. I put the block of moss and two litres of water in a large box and then ripped the moss up gently to get rid of the clumps (this was quite fun actually).After leaving it to soak for a while it turned into loads of fresh looking green moss, with no dirt or sticks, so I took it outside and squeezed the water out, then packed it tightly into the moss pole. As you can see from the photo there's loads leftover after filling the large pole (that's a 30cm ruler), so if you don't need a lot don't rehydrate the whole block!

Good Moss and a little goes a long way. I feel like it is quite expensive for the amount you get.

I was wary with how small the package was but once water was added I had a bucket full of lovely green moss! I made one extra large moss pole, it's great quality and should retain moisture well. The third photo shows the size of the pole (on the left of the image).

The bag was really small, not much larger than my hand. The moss, however, is compressed very tightly when unwrapped and it looks good quality on sight dried, but when damped slightly it smells really musty and bad. This moss rather than feeding my Orchids, like it should, created fungus mould and rotted all the roots; my plant is now having emergency measures to try and save it, thank fully the air roots appears to be keeping it alive. Not happy with this product and for the price, would not buy again.

Very reasonable for the amount you get. The picture shows only one half of it , I froze the other half. Nice note from the seller with an interesting leaflet about its uses.

The moss looks great. The color is a nice green and the moss really looks healthy. Don’t underestimate how much it expands when you put it in water. Turns into a lot! You definitely get more for the money. It does protect the plants soil from drying. Great value. You must use patience and care with using this product. It can be messy if you rush.

There is no debris or twig present. Easy to use, let it soak in warm water for 15-20 minutes. I will order this again. I used to make diy 8ft tall moss pole.

This is a high quality product from a company concerned with making the size of the product shipped, to be its’ most efficient. Compressing the product benefits the planet, it benefits you and the cost you pay shippers & delivery.However for ppl like me who judge the requirement needed by looking at the size of a package it’s a new approach we should get used to. I gambled and it was great. The product outside of its compressed packaging expanded considerably, for packing around a small orchid attached to a small palm trunk and for repacking moisture material around a stag-horn fern nearby.I could sense the integrity of this company so for me, I assumed it would work just fine, but it was about how much to order. Applying a little logic was all it took.5 stars for the product doing its intended job and arriving quickly in a smart tight package. Bravo to them for bothering to spend the significant extra it takes to make a package change. Of course for some self serving business reasons but also for bigger directly to you beneficial reasons too. 👍🏼👌🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
