I really loved the quality and best part is it has strainer . I loved the concept of this mug is has solved my 2 in one problem.

The media could not be loaded.  The glaze and material is smooth and looks goodThe coaster is a bit unstable for cup but not that bad... I wish it did have some kind of handle though like In the sieve bcz it gets too hot during brewing and a bit hard to handleThe seive is okay.. not superfine.. but good enough... not fine enough for tea powder residue or some herbal teas or filter coffee.. but good for leaves... and the brew basket is not that deep if you want like half a cupCompared to other cups outside becomes too hot and the liquid gets too cold too soon... so may not be great for slow tea drinkers like me or people who like there beverage too hot.Overall its a good enough system in one.. for brewing teas...

Very lovely mug. Very balanced design and elegant to behold.i loved it. It's very easy to hold ,handle and weight balance is perfect.

The cup came broken and the stainer for the cup was missing.
