The seat is extremely short – it doesn’t even touch the floor, which makes it completely unusable. This defeats the whole purpose of a potty seat that should provide stability and support for a child.Despite the cute design, the functionality is seriously flawed. I contacted Amazon customer support and even sent photos to show the issue, but since it's listed as non-returnable, I'm stuck with a product I cannot use.This is not just a minor inconvenience – it’s a design flaw that makes the product ineffective. I do not recommend this to anyone looking for a practical potty training solution.
