The case generally is good, although there was a problem with one of the wheels, I would have been happy to receive a new wheel and replace it myself but return of goods was the option given. Fast return of payment. I would buy another one.

Excellent quality case, lightweight but robust and sturdy. Smooth running wheels, quick release handle and the interior has useful zipped compartments. Very easy to use on tube and train.

Suitcase was within weight limit and all handles broke by day 3 of my trips. Was forced to buy a new suitcase whilst I was away. Other than that quality is okay and it looks great but not worth the money. Found a well know brand for more and no issues

used this suitcase twice, once to go abroad but it was kept in the over head lockers on the plane and once for a weekend away in the Uk, the wheels have started jamming already and seems like the bottom of the suitcase is always dragging on the floor as the wheels keep dragging. quite disappointed as the reviews where great, now needed to buy a new suitcase for my next holidays.apart from there it does fit quite a few clothes and is easy enough to close etc
