Great Item! but will not fit a 17" Laptop
Great item but a little warning , the main compartment is not large enough for a 17" laptop if that's what you need it for. Also, it will not fit in the overhead compartment on a plane (AA) because of the base but it WILL fit under the seat! Just press the button to remove the wheels. They easily snap off and on. It's balanced well and rolls great, has multiple pockets and a lot of storage space. If you have a 15" laptop it will fit! But it wouldn't zip closed with my 17" laptop.

Just what I was looking for.
I bought the set of two...22 inch and 18 inches. I absolutely love the 22-inch backpack and it moves so smoothly. I bought it for work since I travel and was looking for something that would allow me enough room for a laptop, Ipad, electronic connections, 5 under garments (I carry my hanging cloths in), and a toiletry bag. This holds all those items with some room to spare for random items such as notebooks, folders, small office supplies and disposable utensils and plates. The 22 inch does NOT fall forward and remains straight up at all times. This unit would have received 5 STARS for sure, but they were a set so one STAR came off for the 18-inch unit. I used the 18 inch to travel home and the only thing in it was my electronic items and cords...it failed the stand-up test. It fell forward multiple times and I had my heaviest items in the main compartment, so this confused me. The 18 does roll smoothly and it is well made and looks more expensive then it is. If I was reviewing that one alone I would have given it 2 STARs only because of the falling over is a deal breaker for me.

Great overnight bag. Many compartments
This rolling backpack handles like a roll-aboard. (I haven’t tried the backpack feature and may not need to.) It has enough compartments to neatly organize all my electronic accessories, a laptop < 17”, or a large tablet, plus a change of clothes and essentials for overnight. It’s too large to go under economy class seats, but probably would fit under business and first class seats. It easily fits in the overhead compartment. It has an internal pocket for a charging battery pack, with USB-A cord connecting to an external USB-A female port, to plug in a cord and charge phone or tablet. This is what I was looking for, so I am pleased with this purchase.

Great concept but not ideal for an extended trip through the UK
I wanted to love this backpack, and it had some high points, but honestly it just didn't work for me. I bought it for a 2 week journey through England and Scotland, traveling by air to London and then by train throughout the UK. I wanted to have just the backpack and one suitcase for my trip as I was travelling solo. It is a very roomy backpack and I initially liked that the wheels could come off or on. What I learned was as I travelled around with the backpack and the suitcase, there was no good way to strap it to the suitcase itself. I wish it had a back sleeve to slide over the suitcase handle. When wearing it as a backpack, it was heavy and large for my 5 foot frame. I only ended up trying this once. I ended up ditching the backpack halfway through my trip because it was too much for what I needed it to be as I moved quickly from train to train. Also, it does not fit under the airline seat in front of me on British Airways Premium Economy/World Traveller Plus at all and had to go in the overhead. It also did not fit well on the trains at my seat where I needed it to be. I supposed if you only travelled with this backpack on a trip or like an overnight, it would work better. But as my second "go-to" bag for the trip, it was too heavy and big and cumbersome alongside a medium suitcase.

Everything I wanted in a laptop backpack - almost
I wish it was waterproof and had integrated tsa lock. But this has so many compartments. Places for water bottles. Integrated charge port and pocket for the charger. The pocket for the laptop is towards the inside so it is protected from the bars of the handle and the bumps that are boundto happen. The wheels come off or can be left on when used in backpack mode. Those wheels spin smoothly when used in luggage mode. Can't wait to try this out on my next trip.
