I've always slept with a pillow between my knees since I was a kid & now with a back injury for a few years it's been hard to sleep how I used to & find a comfy spot for long. This little pillow has been helping me a lot when it comes to making sure my hip doesn't get angry & neither does my lower back. I have 4 pinched nerves in my lower back so finding something comfortable to help has been hard. I just wish this was slightly longer because when I want to sleep on my stomach I put the pillow under whichever knee I have bent up to help but it takes a bit to get it in the right spot where it doesn't feel awkward. I've used it as well for my neck when I'm sitting up & under my arms when I'm leaning sideways while sitting & it helps a lot.Now the long one I've been using everywhere but under my legs. I use it for support on my lower back when I'm sitting either straight on my back or behind a pillow to give it a little more support. I've also put it it next to me to either support my stomach, my back, & put my knee over when I'm sideways. This is more firm than the in between leg pillow so it helps having one that is soft & one that is firm.

I didn't think this pillar would do any good, but I decided to try it and it really did work, I noticed a different after the first night. The pain in my hips wasn't as bad, my time in my morning walk has gone down now that the pain in my hip is going down. I would say, if you have hip pain, try it, you have nothing to lose but pain.

I like this pillow as it keeps me aligned when I'm sleeping. The only issue I have is the strap is kind of small which is okay because you want it to stay put but when it's small it also exposes the velcro and is a little sharp in places.

Far too soft and squishy for any support.My husband recently had knee replacement surgery and he asked for a body pillow.I thought this would be better. My mistake.

Since sleeping with this pillow, I feel more rested as I'm not waking up looking for my old regular pillow I was using. I thought the strap would be an issue, but you don't even notice it.

My pillow arrived without the strap included. The pillow itself works great, I just would like the strap to keep it in place throughout the night.
