It works well!
It works. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I think it could be better in two ways. 1) The material that covers the bar is both not that soft and could offer better grip. 2) I wish this came with option where the ends curved a little to help those with should flexibility issues to do squats with the bad behind your neck. But this bar works well. It's heavy duty and not made of some cheap material. I am pleased with this.

Seems like a very high quality product
I used the bar once with my resistance bands. The bar went together very easy and seems very strong. It has a comfortable coating. I like the ability to shorten the bar, I believe it will provide good versatility.It does not come with caribeaners, so make sure to pick a couple up after you order.

More useful than I originally thought
I like that it is 3 pieces, so the length is adjustable and easier to take with me if I travel.I also put it across the backs of 2 chairs so I can do dips in front. It can tricky to keep the chairs from moving.I ended up getting a pull-up and dip rack and I can use that to do front dips and I can also use it to do front push downs with the bungee hung over the pull-up bars.
