I would personally recommend this to any mom but especially first-timers. Yes, it’s kind of expensive and you could probably DIY this and save some money… but you may not really know what you’ll want for your recovery if you are delivering for the first time.. The first week postpartum is such a whirlwind and a physical drain to your body, and having nice quality supplies on hand for your own healing will make your life so much easier. Buying this pack ahead of time and skipping the DIY padsicles means one less thing to worry about as you prepare for baby. This is a splurge that is worth it, mama!The Frida mom peri bottle is a cult favorite for a reason - and it lives up to the hype! I really loved the ice pack pads too and ended up sending my husband to the store to buy more when I used up all the ones in this kit. The healing foam and pad liners are also awesome, and the mesh underwear are the most posh disposable undies you’ll find - they’ll make you feel like a princess after wearing the diapers the hospital provides! This kit doesn’t have an exhaustive amount of pads or underwear but if you discover you like either of these or want to restock on the other items in this kit, all items are available for sale individually at places like target or CVS. Add to your baby registry or buy it for yourself, you’ll be happy you did!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Lifesaver for Postpartum Recovery!The Frida Mom Postpartum Recovery Kit was an absolute lifesaver after giving birth. Every item in the kit is so well thought out — it’s like they read a new mom’s mind. The disposable underwear is super soft and stretchy (way better than the hospital ones), and the cooling pad liners and witch hazel pad liners brought immediate relief.I loved how everything was individually packed and easy to use — which is so helpful when you’re sore, tired, and trying to figure out new motherhood. The peri bottle has a great angled design that made cleaning up so much easier and more comfortable.This kit gave me comfort, convenience, and the confidence to care for myself during those first tough weeks. Highly recommend it for every new mom — pack it in your hospital bag, trust me!

Although I retuned this product when I personally ordered, because I received this same kit as a shower gift, this was a great product. The boy shorts, are a lot better quality than the ones at the hospital, more thick. The peri bottle works great after postpartum. The wipes were my favorite product in the kit. They’re similar to the name brand Tuck Pads, but they’re as long as a pad, vs the Tuck Pads being little round pads. With the Tuck pads you have to line your pads with 3-4 of them to get all areas medicated, but the wipes in this kit you only need one and it’s the full length so that was was really nice. The ice pack pads were nice and stayed cool like what the hospital gives you, but just awkward to wear. Overall this was a great product and recommend to any expecting mamas!

La espuma calmante alivia bastante el dolor. Los packs fríos fueron un alivio total en los primeros días. Pero lo mejor de todo, sin duda, fue la ropa interior desechable: suave, cómoda y 100% necesaria durante esos primeros días.De hecho, me gustaron tanto que terminé comprando más panties desechables de la misma marca. Omg these are a must have in the hospital and for home care!! Love these all! Way better than what the hospital gives you! And honestly I buy the disposable underwear for my monthly, they’re so comfortable! My mom actually washed a pair of these on accident and they were still in perfect condition! Tummy control on these are so nice to have, they’re the perfect kind of stretch but also perfect amount of tummy control. Your “bits” will thank you! I tore inside and out and all these products helped the healing process and pain so much! Please take care of yourself and buy these!

Life saver and more. Moms treat yourselves or treat a new mom you know. This was the best thing ever in such a difficult time. Comfort and convenience is so important as a new mom!!!

I thought this kit was a nice thing to have postpartum. It's not perfect, but some of the items are definitely an upgrade to what you might get from the hospital.The underwear is definitely nicer than the mesh ones. The peri bottle is a good length and angle, and very easy to squeeze. The carrying bag for it is also nice to keep it clean. I wasn't too big of a fan of the ice packs. They get nice and cold, but don't last long. The hospital ones don't last long either, so that's kind of a wash. The witch hazel pads were about what you'd expect, but larger than Tuck's pads, since those are round and these are rectangular. The foam was probably my favorite out of the kit. I used that and the peri bottle the most.Would I purchase this kit again? Probably not. I'd definitely purchase the foam as a separate thing and the peri bottle too. The other things aren't nearly as much of a draw to me.

This kit is a must have for postpartum. The ice pads are the BEST and the underwear fit perfectly. Using the whole kit really made healing a much more tolerable process. The convenient little box to keep everything together is a nice touch and I'd recommend this to any pregnant woman.
