this thing put me in diabetic ketoacidosis !!
first of all i must say this not the first bhb salts product i buy, i was impressed with the price compared to others and also i got double portion of salts, i already passed the keto flu stage long time ago,i added to my shake the 4 scoops recommended and 10 minutes after that i was passing out sweating,vomiting,short of breath and thirsty like never before in my life but at the same time not able to swallow anything not even water,it was the most horrible experience in my life i have never used drugs but i feel that is how it feel an overdose, now i am confuse about the dosage information according to the level it contains 12,110 mg of beta-hydroxibutyrate per serving ( 4 scoops) but in the same level above it says " serving size: 4 scoops 14.4 g " which is 14,400 mg !! the recommended dose per serving , my doctor advised me that it should be no more than 12,000 mg per serving,so i am not saying it doesn't work obviously it does but the information is incorrect,anyone in here reading this please don't take the full 4 scoops you will regret it i promise

Does it taste like crap? Yes but what ketone salt doesn't
One stop shop! Does it taste like crap? Yes but what ketone salt doesn't. Add some juice or BCAA'S and you're good to go. Ease into the dosage or you may have a full body cleansing on the way.

Lost 10 lbs in two weeks.
Samsara Herbs BHB Salts Powder has a mild salty taste, mix with coffee lemon or fruit juice for a better flavor/easier dissolving.Wasn't expecting the mood improvement, that's a nice bonus.Start out slow with one scoop to test bowel tolerance, like the directions say.Lost 10 lbs. in two weeks, we'll see how the second two weeks goes.

Extreme mood enhancement
After reading other reviews, I was a bit nervous about the taste. But I didn’t notice a very off putting taste. I also added twice the recommended 8oz of water. But holy crap! The mood enhancement aspect of this product is astounding! I felt almost euphoric. This is the first day taking it, so I can’t speak to its effect on ketosis, but I love it just for the elevated mood.

Nasty tasting but tolerable
Bought this to supplement staying in ketosis - I mix it with cold water and it's pretty nasty tasting but I can swallow it down fast. Only side effect is diarrhea if you take too much too soon. I think you have to build up a tolerance for it in your system but it does put me into pretty deep ketosis within 30 minutes after ingestion.

Consume extra Calcium to avoid diarrhea
This got me into ketosis immediately, but it would give me diarrhea due to the magnesium content. Calcium on the other hand counts the diuretic affects of magnesium, so every time I take this product I'll take it with high fat Greek yogurt because of the extra calcium content in dairy products.

Apparently a pure product
It dissolves very well in juice if one does not like the taste in water.
