The frame arrived in good strong bubble wrap but the inner film covering the frame showed the frame was already damaged and the metal hinges that hold the back in place were mostly open or stuck between the back and the mount. We spent a little more than we wanted so we had a frame that was little special. At the current time I don’t want to make an unnecessary visit to the post office to return it despite it being free so it looks like we’re going to have to make the best of it. Disappointing.
