I have purchased 4 of these oximeters and usually put them on a long ribbon. This is much nicer and I like the length-and the fact you can unclip quickly. If fits me fine-I am 5'9". long enough so I don't ever have to set it down or try to put in a pocket. I will never lose it this way!

Too long
It's a nice lanyard. It's just way too long. When you hang the pulse ox, it's below your belly button. Wish it's adjustable. Other than that, it's a good buy.

Works great. We purchased this to use with the Nonin Medical GO2 Achieve Personal Fingertip Pulse Ozimeter. It attached to the meters case with no trouble and my wife can carry it handily around her neck when we go somewhere. She has to keep a running record of her vital signs after having a stent installed to correct her aneurysm.

But usable. I just added a few knots so it would not hang so long.

Just what I needed while using the treadmill.
The lanyard works perfectly with my Nonin oximeter and is the perfect length. The friction coupler that connects the two ends seems to hold very well. I don't use it, I just slip the lanyard over my head, so I don't know if it will loosen with frequent use.
