Great so far
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Picked this item for its amount of RAM, price, size. It replaces a similar laptop. So far it is working well; so much faster than my 9 year old one.

Running software and day to day tasks are effortless.
This computer is amazing. The size, layout, quality…everything is perfect. I’d used a 5420 rugged before. This one much lighter, has the number keyboard and is durable. I was concerned about the screen maximum brightness but it’s perfect. Running software and day to day tasks are effortless. Love it!

Sadly Dissapointed
Brand new laptop, couldn’t even get past the menu to select the country before it locked up. Can’t get a hold of anyone in customer service to assist with the problem because it requires a serial number and there are no stickers or serial numbers on either the laptop or in the packaging material. I’m hoping someone from Customer Service will reach out after sending a message to seller via Amazon.
