Heavy Duty NO BS Shower Filter – 99% Removal for Hard Water, Chlorine, Fluoride, Heavy Metals, Micro-life, Organics and More

This was a filter I have been needing for years because my shower water is filled with chemicals which caused my skin to break out with itchy rashes. My hair was falling out in clumps! I did a lot of research and decided to buy this “weAQUA NO BS Heavy Duty Shower Filter with 99% REMOVAL. This Filter head was made for hard water, which I have, and is supposed to remove the Chlorine, Fluoride, Heavy Metals, Lead, Iron and other chemicals in my shower water.It must be working because after taking a few showers and washing my hair with this filter I can really see and feel the difference in my scalp and skin. I no longer have itchy bumps and my hair is shinier and healthier than ever.It is extremely easy to install. Took all of 15 minutes. There are no leaks so far and the water pressure was even better than what I had before installing this filter! Since I loved how this filter worked I decided to also buy a filtered handheld shower head so I now have double filtration. I highly recommend this filter.

My neighborhood has a lot of industry, so our water is really hard from whatever the factories are dumping in it. plus the chlorine to kill everything and run off from road salt, etc. It definitely helps my skin and I feel the difference. My first month without it, I actually was in the Dr.'s office from skin problems. Since I have been using it, I am so much better. I am just one person taking long hot showers and it has lasted 6 months so far, but it seems like at this point it's losing umph. They do give the option to reverse flush them, but if you have hard/ awful water, I'm not sure how flushing awful with awful would help.

I'm not exactly sure what is specifically getting filtered out because l haven't tested the filtered water.But l can say that it tastes good enough to pour into glass and drink. So it's obviously doing something. Becuase before the filter, my tap water would have tasted like fish, chlorine, dirt, or some combination thereof.

I like the design and cartridge replacement process. I accidentally over tightened the center part that holds the filter and it made it leak in the center seam. So, I unscrewed it and found there is a soft rubber seal or gasket in there that was scrunched up from me over tightening it. Once I pulled that out and gently pushed it all the way around so it was nice and flat, it fixed the leaking issue. They give you a couple more, which is great! I couldn't imagine trying to search for that size on my own! Mine worked perfectly with my basement shower as shown, I threw two different shower head pieces together to make this setup. So, if it fits this scenario, you're probably good to go! LOLMy goal was to stop absorbing chlorine when I shower or even shower my dog. I'm curious if my dog itches less, because I'm not pooring chlorine all over them. It's amazing how fast our skin can absorb chlorine, I'm done with it and I'm anxious to see how it helps! For this price, just grab one and put it somewhere, where it works. If you like the results, then think about saving for a whole house or under the sink filter next! That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!👍

This surely does what I need it to😇 before it, no matter what moisturizers I'd apply to my hair, it would end up feeling like dry, brittle straw... After I installed this filter, which was as easy as just twisting it on, my hair feels softer and the most manageable and it's ever been in my life. I'm fact, I hadn't noticed how dry and chemical affected my skin was. I was used to it, but after my first shower with this filter, my skin felt like a baby's bottom, all soft and without the film of chlorine, fluoride, and all the other crap we don't even think about... First time I'd had that softness,I couldn't stop actually running my fingers through my hair, something I can't normally ever do, it made my whole day, and I've enjoyed it since😄 now that I'm treating my body better, I'll never go back to no filter, and I'm certainly not interested in trying any other brand; I can't imagine anything else to be as good. My only regret, or what I'd change about it would be to have discovered this filter earlier in my life. But it's a permanent product that I'm continue to use forever, wherever I live😆

It's bulbous but does the trick.My shower is a bit different with the water supply. Could not attach the the shower wand because of its wall mount. Couldn't attach to the feed of the wand because of the filters body size. Ran to the hardware store got a 4 inch extension....the water is great now. If I had more showers, I'd get more of these....they are that good.

Where have these shower filters been all my life? As a girl with almost zero handyperson experience, even I set this up in under two minutes.After letting the attached showerhead run for about five minutes (to flush out any filter residue), I stepped into what felt like a personal spa — for both my body and hair.Immediately, I noticed my shampoo lathering faster. My hair felt soft while bathing. My skin wasn’t as red as usual. And omg — the look and feel of my hair afterward?! No more tangles, no filter gunk, and soft for days. I still use dry shampoo between washes, but that’s a scalp thing, not a WeAqua thing.Update (months later):I still haven’t needed leave-in conditioner or any taming products since I installed this. My shower has become everyone’s favorite. My skin is less irritated. I think it’s time to replace the filter — my shampoo isn’t lathering quite as well lately — but that’s why I’m glad I got the 2-pack.I’m subscribed. And I’m never going back.
