Great Phone, Poor Service
I returned this item. Though I paid for a new phone, Amazon shipped a used one. I've had this problem several times before with Amazon, so I no longer plan to buy electronics from them in the future. However, I did purchase this phone elsewhere. The Nokia 3210 is sturdy, well built, and feels good in the hand. It offers good reception on T-Mobile (with the international version), and lasts several days on a charge. This is a small phone with tactile buttons, which makes texting and dialing easy. I can also confirm that the Nokia 3210 has T9 typing, but you must turn this setting on manually in the settings menu. Once you've done that, you're free to switch between modes as you type.I enthusiastically recommend this device to anyone looking for a simpler phone. Just make sure to buy the version that you really need. Oh and of course, make sure you buy the phone from an honest vendor. Otherwise, you might not get what you paid for.

Nostalgic Modernism
I made the switch to this phone as a way to get away from constantly getting sucked into my smartphone. It has been doing the job fairly well; Snake is fun, YouTube is a nice addition (Shorts are functional and it has YouTube Music as well), other apps like a basic web browser, a weather app, caluculators/converters, flashlight etc. prove useful. The audio quality honestly astounded me. I have ~700 songs on an SD card and it plays louder through the aux than my Galaxy A14 did, and the speaker is pretty nice. The camera is okay. It exists, but nothing much to speak about it. The operating system has a sleek modern design that I found to be visually appealing, with some personalization options. The text messaging system has had a couple of glitches, but nothing too terrible, like some messages disappearing on phone restart and I had an issue where I had a message notification but didn't see any unread message. I am in the Southeastern United States, and coverage has been well with my Metro SIM Card (except in my office, the only spot I haven't got coverage :/ ) . For people in the US wondering if it works: yes, it should on the T-Mobile network. The manual states that it supports LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13 (w/o NS07), 17, 28, 40, and 66. I feel like this is not well-documented online so seeing that in the manual was a relief. Wi-Fi support would've been a nice addition. The battery lasts well enough for a day or two, I haven't had it die on me yet as long as I stay mindful of plugging it in occasionally. Overall, I'd say this a cool little device for people looking to stay connected in a basic way, or for techies wanting to revisit the past in a modern skin.

There is a permanent smudge on it that does not belong
The screen appears to have been through some carry use. Smudges are on it that do not clean off. Dissatisfied.

Nokia by HMD are making a come back in the States
I am going to set the story straight. I purchased this device and received it today. I also purchase a SIM card for Tello. This phone works perfect on Tello. Clear calls, Text and Data for 10 dollars. I recommend to use the right SIM card slot for 4g Lte. The phone is snappy. Thank you for selling this device. Thank you Amazon for the on schedule delivery.

Telecom employee review
The short version is I'm happy with it. The longer version is that it is VoLTE compatible and on T-Mobile it registers and can access data and calling. Looking at the TAC, compatible with LTE FDD bands 2,4,5,12, and 66. No band 46 or 71. Could not find PTCRB certification though, so is considered grey market. Anyways, if you are on T-Mobile and like feature phones it's good!

Still overpriced, disappointing
You have no control over what apps you have installed, local storage is inexcusably low, autocorrect for speed texting is incredibly dumb at predicting and frustrating to deal with, for the price you’d expect full cellular bands support for the big 3. Works with T-Mobile but warned lack of full support with automatic text message sent to you. Text messages are broken, this is a more convoluted less feature rich dumber phone than an old Motorola Razer flip phone. You can’t charge smartphone prices for a phone that’s worse than older basic phones. HMD global has no interest in fixing with updates nor giving people control over their phone. Shutting off your phone doesn’t shut it off, still somehow your alarm clock rings. You’d have to take out the battery if you were sleeping in. The $100 segment is super competitive and you can get way better Android phones for your money. Why can’t any company make a good basic phone for a reasonable price. This is just a cash grab, you’re better off with something else + better self control
