You see this and straight away think IKEA. I know I did.I wanted something that was functional, quick to build and a simple yet pleasing design to fit in with the rest of the IKEA attire around it.This was perfect, it arrived quickly, wasnt damaged and was easy to assemble.It's footprint is small, but has the ability to store a lot you want at hand...just out of sight.The cushion on top has velcro - which for me is a brilliant idea - I use this often as a footrest, meaning that the cushion remains firmly in place. Another reason - when you lift the lid, the cushion holds on and doesnt go flying.I have honestly no complaints in relation to this, it was a decent price, functions as intended and looks alright.If this is all you need, save yourself a trek to IKEA and give this a go!**the photo shows the cushion looking a little deformed - this isnt the case, ive just taken my feet off it to take the snap ;)**

I purchased this unit at a much lower deal price than other equivalent products, so was slightly worried about quality. However this VASAGLE shoe storage bench is made by SONGMICS who generally make fantastic affordable furniture and shelving etc. So have no fear, the quality is superb and not only is this flat pack unit carefully shipped, but the instructions are beautifully presented and faultlessly clear to follow. Every part, panel and screw is well labeled for fast assembly and the unit looks good once complete. Most crucially for its size and functionality, the unit is incredibly sturdy and durable too. Personally I would recommend using PVA wood glue to secure the supplied wood dowels, for added strength, but it’s probably not necessary. At very least you’ll want decent cross and flathead screwdrivers handy and just a patient approach to get best build results. Whether you use yours for shoes or wah wah pedals, enjoy!

Quality seems good. Not too difficult to construct. Fits perfectly in my porch and is ideal for 6 pairs of shoes and accessories such as gloves.

I bought this shoe bench to keep our front entrance organized, and it’s been a great addition. The two shelves and under-seat storage offer plenty of space, and it’s perfect for the kids to sit on while putting their shoes on. Assembly was quick and easy, and the wood finish looks beautiful. I just hope it’s as durable as it appears and stands the test of time. I highly recommend this product.

Nice and sturdy bench. Stores shoes well. The bench was easy to fit together, highly satisfied with the price and value of item. I would recommend this purchase to anyone who needs a nice shoe bench for the hallway. It is not big or takes up alot of space - just right.

I love my storage, especially the deep box to keep all my scarves, gloves and hats. Great to be able to sit down to put my shoes on and the kids have even started putting their shoes away when they come in, so that’s a bonus.Easy to build and very sturdy. Good value for money

Looks good and good value for money. Only Ballache being the rear of the shoe rack needs a drill to drill screws in and can't be done without one. Other than that product is good for tight spaces.
